At Trellis Counseling, I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation for potential new clients.

Why offer a free consultation? Many people are unsure about entering therapy and this meeting provides an opportunity to get answers to questions related to what therapy entails.

A typical initial consultation will allow time for a brief discussion of services offered, time for questions related to therapy and time to get to know one another to decide whether we are a “good fit” to work together.

Additional consultation topics may include typical treatment planning, fees related to services and/or HIPAA and confidentiality protocols.
